Physical Card Application Process

Please follow the steps below to apply for an ATEM CARD.

  1. Select the physical card you wish to apply for

    Please select the card you see at the top of this website.

  2. Enter information in the application form and tap Apply

  3. Send the issue fee to the designated wallet address

    * Send to the wallet address shown, using the ERC-20 blockchain.
    * If the USDT you sent is equal to or greater than the price, your acceptance is complete.

  4. After receiving the physical card, access the ATEM CARD page

  5. Tap "Binding" and enter card number and serial number

  6. Conduct KYC

  7. Once KYC is completed and the status is "Available", the card can be used

Notes on Issuance of Physical Card

  • The passport to be uploaded at the time of application must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
  • In addition to the card issuance fee, each exchange may deduct a withdrawal fee. When paying the fee, please include the withdrawal fee in the remittance.
  • If you have lost your card, please use the contact chat icon on this page to request a replacement card.

The card cannot be issued to nationals of the following countries/regions.

Mainland China, Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic, Myanmar, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Russia, Syria, Somalia, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Crimea
